The first inbound operator in Italy dedicated to
female travel
We’ve been working in the travel industry for almost 20 years and we have always looked to the latest trends with curiosity and an open heart.
We observed that travel companies dedicated to women-only tours have hugely increased over the last few years. And we realized in Italy there were no operators specialized in travel services specifically thought for female travelers.
We thought it’d be exciting and challenging to use our expertise to fulfill this gap, by creating trips for women designed by women, so here we are.
How? By mixing our experience and empathy, with a touch of Italian enthusiasm. Our trips are strongly driven by the urge to be there for women, to create a sense of community and belonging.

How did it all start?
Years of working side by side in the inbound travel industry, a deep friendship, an unstoppable love for wandering and for Italy. The right ingredients were all there.
After the pandemic we looked at each other and understood that it was the right time to create something of ours, something that could really communicate who we are and what we believe in.
With a lot of courage and a pinch of madness on March the 8th 2022 we toasted the founding of our own company.
As women we want to encourage and support every woman in feeling rested, engaged, connected & excited about life!

We are passionate and curious travelers at the constant research of what makes a place, its people and its culture so special. Ask our families been dragged on a ( supposed to be relaxing) vacation around Italy just to test everything.
For this reason we organize our trips as if they were our personal trips, but always keeping in mind that they need to be suitable for the women who choose us. That’s a big commitment in empathy, and that’s what boosts our motivation.

We are in love with remote areas, micro-enterprises, family run activities, local artists and artisans prioritizing women-led businesses as our partners and suppliers.

Supporting Women Business
As women we want to encourage and support female owned businesses especially here in Italy – where our role is still shrouded in prejudice.
We believe emancipation goes also through economic independence and possibility to succeed.
For this reason we are happy to support some local projects run by women pioneers. Meet Donatella who created a 100% women winery in Tuscany; Cristina -the owner of a small farm in Lessinia mountains who started her adventure with the autochthonous breed of Brogna Sheep that has been at risk of extinction; Annalisa – who carried out her dream by creating a cooking school in the small village of Favara, in Sicily. And many other Italian women are ready to share their stories with you!
